Retreat Overview
Our third and most transformative retreat took place just an hour north of San Francisco by the coast and amongst the redwoods. It was the retreat that confirmed we’ve built something truly special.
Every single attendee came in with a vague idea of of how they wanted to grow their business, but no real conviction on their next best steps. They were tired of cookie-cutter advice and shallow connections, and exhausted by the barrage of conflicting information on the internet.
Through structure, play and lots of thoughtful, guided conversations, we all unlocked insights that transformed the way we approach our businesses long after returning home.
The setting was so ideal for this type of grounding work that we decided to host the next retreat in the same spot!
